Car Rental

The easiest way to get around Poland is by car. Kraków Airport (KRK) has multiple car rental companies.

ImportantTo rent a car, you will need your valid US driver's license and an International Driving Permit (IDP). You can easily obtain an IDP at an AAA office. Check your rental company's requirements before booking.

In the past, we've used one of the larger agencies in Poland — Odkryj Auto — with no issues.

Getting Around

We will provide a group shuttle from Kraków Kazimierz to the venue and back — please let us know by May 1, 2026 if you need a spot. See Nearby Hotels below for full details.

Uber is available in bigger cities like Kraków, but you may have trouble ordering one from the venue area.

Public trains and buses are popular for traveling between cities. Taxis and private transfer companies are also available.

Renting a car is the most flexible option for exploring the area.
